Year One Design and plan an event that warmly invites and personally welcomes guests, delighting their senses and exciting them to talk about it afterward. By handling the design and planning for you, we give you the time to focus on building relationships. We aim to create buzz and ensure no one misses out!
Post event: Now’s the time to market using photos and stats from the previous year’s success. You have great visuals—use them to keep your organization top of mind!
Year Two If executed as wonderfully (yet unique) as the previous year, the event will welcome guests back, entertain them, and validate their choice to involve friends, strengthening their ongoing commitment to your organization. They’ll now feel familiar and part of the community, forming a “foundational relationship” you can continue to build upon.
Post event: Need board members, volunteers, or donors? You will find them this year! Cultivate old relationships, develop new ones from attendees, and regularly share images to keep excitement high for the next event!
