You’re engaged, and so darn busy with your studies, career and/or life and you just cannot fathom the overwhelm of planning a wedding, especially if you live far from home or in another time zone. Or perhaps you just have never been into this “wedding thing” and you know it is “not your thing” to plan one. And you are smart enough to know you need an expert’s guiding hand (besides Mom) to make this event happen without any hiccups. We spend time listening to your expectations, priorities and the vibe of your wedding from vision to vows and then produce comprehensive vision boards to bring the details together, so you can see for yourself how it will all fit together.
We have a strong background in design (both graphic and interior) along with an even more obsessive passion for “all things wedding”, so we can provide original concepts without completely bending to trends.
With years of experience producing bespoke weddings and decades creating and handling events from 1000 person galas to all sorts of fundraisers (big and small) we bring expertise and experience to your wedding day. We select three vetted vendors in each category who suit your style and criteria the best, who are on our huge, yet select, preferred vendor list, Once approved, we arrange calls and meetings with them so you can make sure it’s “a good fit”. We will invite you into our world of great resources for linens, dinnerware, flatware, favors, catering, lighting, bar services, funky furniture and floral designers to deliver jaw dropping events that reflect your values.
Logistically speaking, we also create the perfect “flow of the space” so it will make best use of your tent or venue, and organize your timeline with room for you to relax and enjoy the entire event from start to finish. Then we fill all that in with great details to pull the whole day together seamlessly with all of the vendors on the team. We cut the noise of a million options and a ton of decisions, to hone in on exactly what you need and want.
Our monthly virtual and in-person meetings allow us to catch up on our to-do list, share ideas, and plan for each step along the way. We know which vendors to select first and who will fit your personality and aesthetic so your planning pace and experience is easy, productive and every bit as fun as your wedding day. And we manage the process to eliminate overwhelm and not inundate you with decisions in the middle of finals or moving! Meanwhile, we will continue to handle tasks behind the scenes while you enjoy being engaged and handling personal tasks like selecting your attire, registering for gifts, and making honeymoon plans.

Partial Planning•$5000+
You started planning and then realized, “Uh-oh….this is more than I bargained for and I need help”! We totally get it. But now that you have jumped into the deep end of planning, you realize what a huge undertaking this is, the overwhelm is real and you need our help! We give you our vetted preferred vendor list and set you on a path to success right away. You design your own event but we will point you in the right direction to who can best execute your vision and make it easier to find people who will make up a great team.
Each month we will have a “check in” meeting or call to answer any questions you may have, but we are always available for emails and consults to keep the momentum going in the right direction.
We also assist in pulling the timeline together (HUGE!), coordinating all the elements so the day is cohesive and organized…and relaxed for you and your guests. Our great floor plan software system creates wonderful floorpans so you can envision the space, even in 3D! We also pull the vendor team a 6-8 weeks before (if we don’t know them already), so we can become a team by the day of your wedding all the while taking over the last details, changes and confirmations, so you can focus on the fun of being engaged and awaiting the arrival of friends and family. The relief you will feel is palpable…..

Wedding Management•$4000+
You have selected all the vendors and designed your entire wedding and now need someone in the last few weeks to pull the team together and coordinate the details, set it all up and execute the day flawlessly. You can relax and enjoy your day knowing it will all happen just the way you imagined it would and maybe a little bit better.
Advise and assist couple within 6 weeks prior via meetings, calls, emails.
Provide guidance on CDC/WHO recommendations for events.
Prepare you for your final calls with vendors to save you time.
Contact all vendors for final calls and meetings to wrap things up.
Coordinate ceremony/event timeline.
Assist with floor plans alongside venue manager.
Answer questions about etiquette, vendors, etc.
Conduct rehearsal.
Confirm logistics (table/chair counts).
Set up entire event (programs, decor, etc.).
Act as decision point for unforeseen issues.
Ensure vendors stick to timeline.
Buffer between vendors and couple.
Collaborate with DJ/Band to make sure all announcements and music cues are on time
Facilitate vendor needs.
Check all decor is straight, even and candles are lit.
Assist with pre/post-wedding photos.
Solve any issues during the day.
Coordinate event timing with all parties.
Ensure guest comfort and hydration.
Collect/distribute/change decor between ceremony and reception.
Send feedback email post-event.
Provide bridal survival kit (pain relievers, etc.).
At the end of the evening we will pack up your decor, leftover cupcakes, your bouquet and make sure other vendors pack up their items, to leave you with little to no clean up depending on the venue.
