We listen to your vision and priorities, then create detailed vision boards to show how everything will come together.

This package is often selected by clients who envision a tented event on a private property, which requires us to create an entire curated venue. This requires a number of elevated vendors who do this reallly well and can be relied on to preserve your home and property.

We have a strong background in design (both graphic and interior) along with an even more obsessive passion for “all things wedding”, so we can provide original concepts without completely bending to trends.

With years of experience in bespoke weddings and large-scale events, we bring expertise to your wedding day. We select three vetted vendors per category from our preferred list, matching your style. Once approved, we arrange meetings to ensure a good fit. We offer top resources for linens, dinnerware, favors, catering, lighting, bar services, furniture, and floral design to create memorable events that reflect your values.

We design the perfect space flow for your tent or venue, organizing a timeline that lets you relax and enjoy the event. We coordinate all vendors and details, cutting through countless options to focus on what you truly need and want.

Our monthly virtual and in-person meetings help us update to-do lists, share ideas, and plan each step. We know which vendors suit your style, making planning easy, productive, and fun. We manage tasks to avoid overwhelm and prevent scheduling conflicts during busy times. Meanwhile, you focus on engagement moments like choosing attire, gift registration, and honeymoon plans.

Partial Planning $7500+

You started planning but quickly realized it’s overwhelming and you need help. We understand and offer our carefully vetted vendor list to set you up for success. You design your event; we guide you to the best team to bring your vision to life. Monthly check-in calls and ongoing support keep things on track. We help create and coordinate the timeline, ensuring a smooth, relaxed day for you and your guests. Our floor plan software lets you visualize the space in 3D. We also assemble and manage your vendor team 6-8 weeks before your event, handling final details so you can relax. In the wedding week, we manage everything as in our Wedding Management Package below.

Wedding Management $5500+

You have selected all the vendors and designed your entire wedding and now need someone in the last few weeks to pull the team together and coordinate the details, set it all up and execute the day flawlessly. You can relax and enjoy your day knowing it will all happen just the way you imagined it would and maybe a little bit better.

• Share our expertise on logistics, vendors, etiquette, music, transportatoin and so much more..

• Advise and assist couple within 6 weeks prior via meetings, calls, emails.

• Prepare & schedule you for your final calls with vendors to save you time.

• Coordinate ceremony/event timeline.

• Assist with floor plans alongside venue manager.

• Answer questions about etiquette, vendors, etc.

• Conduct rehearsal.

• Confirm logistics and deliveries (rcatering, rental and floral counts).

• Set up entire event (programs, decor, etc.).

• Act as decision point for unforeseen issues.

• Ensure vendors stick to timeline.

• Buffer between vendors and couple so you can relax in your final weeks before the wedding

• Collaborate with DJ/Band to make sure all announcements and music cues are on time

• Facilitate vendor needs.

• Check all decor is straight, even and candles are lit.

• Assist with pre/post-wedding photos.

• Solve any issues during the day.

• Coordinate event timing with all parties.

• Ensure guest comfort and hydration.

• Collect/distribute/change decor between ceremony and reception.

• Send feedback email post-event.

• Provide bridal survival kit (pain relievers, etc.).

• At the end of the evening we will pack up your decor, leftover cupcakes, your bouquet and make sure other vendors pack up their items, to leave you with little to no clean up depending on the venue.
