We curate and vet vendors aligned with your style, presenting a thoughtful selection for each category. Once approved, we coordinate introductions and meetings to ensure a natural fit. From florals and furnishings to linens, lighting, catering, bar services, and custom details, every element is intentionally chosen to reflect you.

We design the flow of your space, build a clear and realistic timeline, and manage all vendor coordination—so planning feels calm, organized, and even fun. Through monthly virtual or in-person meetings, we streamline decisions and keep everything moving while you focus on the joy of being engaged.

Wedding Management $4500+

You have selected all the vendors and designed your entire wedding and now need someone in the last few weeks to pull the team together and coordinate the details, set it all up and execute the day flawlessly. You can relax and enjoy your day knowing it will all happen just the way you imagined it would and maybe a little bit better.

• Share our expertise on logistics, vendors, etiquette, music, transportatoin and so much more..

• Advise and assist couple within 6 weeks prior via meetings, calls, emails.

• Prepare & schedule you for your final calls with vendors to save you time.

• Coordinate ceremony/event timeline.

• Assist with floor plans alongside venue manager.

• Answer questions about etiquette, vendors, etc.

• Conduct rehearsal.

• Confirm logistics and deliveries (rcatering, rental and floral counts).

• Set up entire event (programs, decor, etc.).

• Act as decision point for unforeseen issues.

• Ensure vendors stick to timeline.

• Buffer between vendors and couple so you can relax in your final weeks before the wedding

• Collaborate with DJ/Band to make sure all announcements and music cues are on time

• Facilitate vendor needs.

• Check all decor is straight, even and candles are lit.

• Assist with pre/post-wedding photos.

• Solve any issues during the day.

• Coordinate event timing with all parties.

• Ensure guest comfort and hydration.

• Collect/distribute/change decor between ceremony and reception.

• Send feedback email post-event.

• Provide bridal survival kit (pain relievers, etc.).

• At the end of the evening we will pack up your decor, leftover cupcakes, your bouquet and make sure other vendors pack up their items, to leave you with little to no clean up depending on the venue.

Partial Planning $6500+

You started planning and quickly realized… wow, this is a lot. You need help—and you’re in the right place. We’d love to partner with you to clear the path, cut through the overwhelm, and guide you through the rest of the planning process with ease (and sanity intact).

You’ll have access to our carefully curated vendor list—tried, trusted, and truly talented—to set you up for success. You design the vision; we guide you through our four-phase process to bring it to life at a comfortable, manageable pace. Monthly check-in calls and ongoing support keep everything moving forward without the spiral.

We help create and coordinate your timeline so the day feels smooth, relaxed, and exactly how it should—for you and your guests. Our 3D floor plan software lets you actually see the space come together (yes, it’s as satisfying as it sounds).

Six to eight weeks before your event, we assemble and manage your full vendor team, handling final details alongside you—then gradually taking the reins so you can step back and breathe. During wedding week, we’re fully in charge, managing everything outlined in our Wedding Management Package below… and then some.

Petite Elite Weddings $2000+

We have a full team of my top notch creative vendors standing by ready to marry you, get gorgeous photos, play curated songs for you, and set you up with your favorite flavored cake, champagne and stunning flowers that will just add the final touch to this intimate day.
